At Nura Nails, all our sets are handmade with the greatest care and precision.
Because press-on nails are hygienic products and are largely made to order, returns are not possible at Nura Nails.
Because the right fit is essential, we offer our Fit Promise: doesn't your set fit on your first order? Then you may — only in that case — exchange it for a different size. Contact us within 7 days of receipt and make sure the package is back with us within 14 days of receipt. We'll look at the best solution together.

Should something go wrong unexpectedly — for example, a damaged product or incorrect delivery — please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will carefully assess the problem and provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or (partial) refund, depending on the situation.
In that case, the return costs are of course at our expense. Once the return is approved, you will receive a return label and further instructions from us. The package must be back with us within 14 days of receipt. Returns can only take place after consultation; unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
