Doesn't your set fit? On your first order we exchange it once, free of charge, for a different size.
How it works
- —Applies only to your first order at Nura Nails.
- —Report your exchange within 7 days of receipt using this form.
- —The package must be back with us within 14 days of receipt.
- —Unworn sets only: nails undamaged, sticky tabs unused, in the original packaging.
- —You return only the nail box (the tool pouch is yours to keep). Return shipping is at your own cost — please keep your shipping proof.
- —Once the box arrives in good condition, we ship the correct size once, free of charge. If your size is sold out, you may choose another set of equal value.
- —Maximum one exchange per order; no refunds.
What happens next?
You'll receive a confirmation email with the return address and instructions. As soon as your parcel arrives, your new size goes out.
